Big thanks to Amy, with Yoga Sol since its very beginning, for also bringing her melodic vocals and guitar to the studio. If you haven’t yet experienced Amy’s Saturday 8am Vinyasa Flow where she brings out her guitar near the close, you really must treat yourself! Amy has headed our music efforts in several studio and charity events – a true joy!

Ellex Medina – Guitarist, Classically Trained Vocalist, Creative Singer, gifted Yoga Instructor
We are so thrilled to add Ellex to our music roster! Classically trained just like her three sisters, Ellex holds a BA in Music from Gordon College, Boston. Expanded training at the Contemporary Music Center in Tennessee gave Ellex guitar and lyric writing experience, eventually taking her to performance work at the House of Blues and South by Southwest Festival in Austin. Watch for her at one of our upcoming special events!
