Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy is a one on one application derived from the ancient tradition of yoga. It helps to reduce and alleviate physical, mental and emotional limitations. It is designed to help an individual accept and heal on all levels from a variety of conditions and injuries ranging from knee and shoulder injuries to low back pain to M.S to heart conditions to hormonal imbalances, depression, asthma and much more.

With the help of a qualified teacher/therapist, yoga therapy can help the student heal mentally, physically, emotionally and energetically.

Each student is expected to take an active role in the process of healing and maintaining their own health. All students must practice on their own to ensure success.

All session with Tina are 60 minutes. The first session is primarily an assessment please allow 1 ½ hours. After a brief phone interview if Tina believes she can help with your condition, she will send a questionnaire to be filled out prior to the assessment.

Plan on approximately 3 – 6 sessions including the assessment over a 2 month period. Periodic reviews and follow ups will be scheduled as needed.

The goal is for the student to take an active role in their own healing and maintenance so over time they will no longer need private sessions for this issue.
